De geschiedenis biedt ons misschien geen kant-en-klare recepten voor het hier en nu, maar een studie van het verleden kan wel relevante vragen oproepen over de wereld waar we vandaag in leven en de toekomst die we nastreven. Basisprincipes van herinneringseducatie
Om op een kwaliteitsvolle manier te leren over het verleden, zijn er enkele basisprincipes waar je best rekening mee houdt. Elk herinneringseducatief project zou drie pijlers moeten bevatten:
- kennis en inzicht
- empathie en betrokkenheid
- reflectie en actie
