Vlaanderen zal de komende jaren van het kleuter- tot het secundair onderwijs nood hebben aan heel wat gemotiveerde en gepassioneerde leraren. De komende jaren zal het dan ook belangrijk zijn om nieuwe leraren zoals jou aan te trekken voor een duurzame loopbaan in het onderwijs.
Lesgeven is alles geven
Lesgeven is meer dan leerstof geven. Het is het beste van jezelf geven om het beste uit je leerlingen te halen. Het is je vakkennis en je expertise delen met de experts van morgen. Het is je leerlingen uitdagen en door hen uitgedaagd worden, zodat zij straks sterk staan en positief omgaan met wat ze op hun bord krijgen. Het is kansen geven en blijven geven. Lesgeven is samen de toekomst vormgeven.
Meer werkzekerheid
Startende leraren krijgen ook meer werkzekerheid door de verderzetting van de lerarenplatforms en aanvangsbegeleiding is een recht en plicht.
