Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI): Methodical dealing with children and young people in conflict and crisis

LSCI is a verbal intervention method that teaches you how to deal with children and young people in conflict and crisis. With the theoretical background and the many skills you learn during this training, you are, as it were, provided with a staff map with which you can navigate your way through any conflict or crisis, thereby reinforcing positive behavior. By means of a structured conversation with the student during the crisis moment or immediately afterwards, the crisis is used as a learning moment.

The training is provided by an LSCI trainer from the Create training center and was trained at the LSCI Institute in the United States. The training is structured systematically and theory is practiced through exercises and role play.
