Auteursrechten: informatie en lesmateriaal
Gebruik je afbeeldingen op je werkbladen of in een zelfgemaakte cursus? Dat kan geen kwaad zolang je het materiaal alleen voor je leerlingen en niet voor commerciële doeleinden gebruikt.
Heb je niet alles zelf gemaakt en gecreëerd, dan moet je rekening houden met:
- de wet op de privacy;
- het citaatrecht;
- het portretrecht;
- de wet op de auteursrechten.
Auteursrechtvrije afbeeldingen gebruiken
Voor materiaal dat je online wil delen zoals op KlasCement, moet je auteursrechtvrije afbeeldingen gebruiken en de bron vermelden. Kom meer te weten over gratis afbeeldingen voor je lesmateriaal.
Het is belangrijk dat je leerlingen leren over hoe auteursrechten de maker van een werk beschermen. Je kan dit thema extra onder de aandacht brengen op de Werelddag van het Boek en van Auteursrechten. Die valt op 23 april.
