Street art: Workshop

Street art is prohibited by law in many countries, but thanks to this workshop the children can enjoy themselves completely legally on the school walls.

As a warm-up, we first briefly touch on the origins of street art and learn the difference between graffiti and street art. Then the walls and the playground are taken care of using chalk paint and the imagination of the students.

If there is room for this during the lessons, a lesson folder can be sent in advance so that the children can be prepared for the workshop and even more importantly: they can already look around to see which parts of the school building and/or surrounding streets they want to transform into real works of art. Fortunately for the school, there are no worries, because the paint is not permanent.

You can count on a class full of enthusiastic artists and who knows, maybe a new Banksy will emerge...
