ZORO: Competencies in healthcare
ZORO, the labor market care route, is a Flemish-Dutch project in which (future) care professionals are trained in 4 care competencies:
- interprofessional collaboration,
- technological agility,
- intrapreneurship,
- acting ethically.
2 games and 4 teaching modules were developed to help (future) healthcare professionals to strengthen themselves in these competences.
